would like to acknowledge a very proud moment where i resisted eating nacho cheese and bbq sauce (oh baby) that my brother decided to spontaneously make at 9pm. Yay me, I feel strong :)

This evening’s workout was bruuuutal. First a speedy 10 min treadmill sprinterval (sprint intervals), followed by 2x the Lean Arms Pyramid (gah!) and a Killer Abs workout (sit ups, v-ups, crunches, bicycles, planks & reverse crunches). The end product: sweaty, hot mess. It felt awesome though ;)
